it takes 5 weeks to repair my PC, and it totally cost $1070. After I said I dont want to repair it, and try to take back my staff, they ask me to wait one more week and charge me $110.

These guys are amazing and very efficient. I had an issue with my laptop that had been around for months and Anthony was able to solve and fix everything in just under an hour!!! If you want THE ABSOLUTE BEST in customer service then this is the place to go!!!

**WOULD NOT RECOMMEND**
I'm no computer wiz or anything, but if I was to take my laptop into a PC Repair store and say it wasn't turning on/starting up properly...you'd think one of the first things they'd do is press the Power On button and check if the battery functional?
No. Not at PC Repair Kew.
$375 later and I cannot use my laptop without a power cord along with signed paper work saying "all tests ok" ........... Not only did they lie on the paperwork, they misdiagnosed my laptop from the very start. This wouldn't have been such an issue had they seemed to care about their customer service
