General Consultations
Our general practitioners provide comprehensive primary healthcare services including medical certificates, prescriptions, referrals, and chronic disease management. With expertise in adult medicine, paediatrics, and mental health, we offer tailored consultations for individuals and families. Our doctors maintain ongoing professional development to ensure evidence-based care for conditions ranging from acute illnesses to long-term health management.
Travel Vaccinations
As a Yellow Fever Accredited Clinic, we offer pre-travel health assessments and vaccinations for international destinations. Our travel medicine service includes destination-specific advice, vaccine administration, and documentation required for entry to certain countries. Patients are recommended to book consultations at least six weeks before departure to allow adequate protection against travel-related health risks through comprehensive immunisation planning.
Skin Cancer Checks
Specialist skin cancer assessments are conducted by trained doctors using advanced diagnostic techniques. Our service includes full-body skin examinations, lesion analysis, and management plans for suspicious moles or growths. With Australia having one of the world's highest skin cancer rates, we provide preventive education alongside treatment options such as cryotherapy and excision procedures for confirmed cancerous or pre-cancerous lesions.
Allied Health Services
We partner with accredited allied health professionals offering remedial massage, acupuncture, dietetics, and lactation consulting. These services complement medical treatments through holistic approaches to pain management, nutritional guidance, and postnatal care. Our practitioners use evidence-based techniques including manual lymphatic drainage, traditional Chinese medicine, and individualised dietary planning to support overall patient wellness.
Immunisations
Our clinic provides a comprehensive immunisation program covering childhood vaccines, adult boosters, and travel-specific inoculations. Services include HPV, influenza, hepatitis, and yellow fever vaccinations with documentation for international travel. We follow national immunisation schedules while offering catch-up programs and specialist advice on vaccine-preventable diseases for individuals and families across all life stages.

All doctors are amazing. My favourite is Dr Wong who is so thorough and caring (note this often means shes running behind). Finally achieved some results in my health under the care of Dr Wong

Not helpful with a sick child. Due to the fact that my son had a rash they would not see him in person and insisted on charging full fees for a Telehealth appointment. A Telehealth appointment is not helpful for a 3 year old with a rash. To make matters worse, they cancelled the appointment at 2.50pm, when the appointment was scheduled for 3.30pm. General Practitioners are suppose to treat sick people. Now we will have to go the Children’s Hospital and put further strain on the health system because the GP is too scared to treat a sick child.

Well a 60 minute wait only to be told they would not see a terribly sick 9 year old who has a bad ear ache and red raw throat, negative COVID test came through yesterday. Oxford street medical practise now just turning seriously sick kids away. Which part of this is acceptable

Dr Bruce was professional and thorough with my aviation medical. Kiara/Kyra behind the desk was very helpful, particularly in responding to queries (unlike others who were unable to answer or get back to me). The wait times were a bit longer than I would expect and the other admin/desk staff were rude and unprofessional (particularly to their own staff, loud enough so that the wait room could hear).

I have been going to this practice for several years and all of the doctors and the receptionists are lovely. However, like others have said, the wait times are just terrible, sometimes over an hour. I can't remember the last time I waited less than 30 mins.............

Dr Kavina is fantastic and very professional. However I do recommend that the Practice improves it's wait times. Waiting 40+ mins is acceptable at bulk billing GPs but not at Private clinics. Have had to wait >10 minutes on the phone for a response on multiple occasions.
