The reception staff is super friendly and welcoming, and both dentists that I've seen - Dr Patricia Susanto and Dr Beng So - were great. Gentle and thorough, and explaining things well. Highly recommend this practice.

I went to Geelong Family Dental as a new patient and took advantage of their amazing $100 comprehensive check up offer. The staff were all incredibly lovely and the dentist answered all of the questions that I had. I attended this dental clinic today as a new patient. Wow, what great service from the extremely friendly reception staff to the dentist called Megan who I saw. Megan was informative, gentle and did not rush my appointment. She was very caring and re-assuring and made a usual scary experience of attending the dentist very comfortable. Highly recommend Megan and this clinic in general.
