What emergency dental services are available?
We reserve daily appointment slots for emergency dental care, including tooth pain, dental trauma, lost fillings, and other urgent issues. Contact us promptly for same-day assistance.
Do you accept health fund payments?
We have HICAPS for on-the-spot claims with all major health funds and are preferred providers for Medibank Private, BUPA, HCF, and CBHS members.
Are there services for children?
Yes, we offer child-friendly dental care including first visits, fissure sealants, mouthguards, and gentle treatments to create positive dental experiences for young patients.
Do you offer bulk billing?
We bulk bill eligible children under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule, providing up to $1000 in free dental care for children aged 2-17 years.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM. We also offer occasional Saturday appointments.
What areas do you service?
We welcome patients from Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, Portarlington, and the wider Bellarine Peninsula, with many patients travelling from Melbourne and interstate.

Probably the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr Ricky was practical, informative, and anticipated questions and concerns by describing what I should feel/expect throughout the appointment. Gentle teeth cleaning! Would highly recommend Dr Ricky and this dental clinic.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Ricky Muk is fantastic! Thoroughly explains the procedure. He actually listens to your concerns and answers any questions. Reducing my level of pain was a high priority, which I am very thankful for. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend Parade Dental.

This dental office I can highly recommend. They are great from start to finish, professional and on-time. The dentist and aide took the time to take detailed notes on my teeth and my dental history, managed to lessen the discomfort level, and made sure I understood their instructions fully.
