Our unique Boxing and Strength training offers you a full body workout completed in under 45 minutes. You'll never have to step into a ring but you'll learn the sport of boxing from an expert, and you'll have fun doing it. Warm-up and get ready for your workout: 12 x 3 minute rounds, with 30 sec rest in between.

You've never been to a gym quite like 12RND. Not only is it dedicated to perfecting your boxing technique and delivering a solid sweat sesh, it's also beginner-friendly. Since the classes don't have a fixed time, you can jump in (or jump out) whenever you like.

The 12RND Fitness training methodology was inspired by our co-founder, and four time world champion boxer, Danny Green, who uses a combination of boxing skills and drills, high impact, explosive training and functional strength to stay at his peak.
