After reading reviews on the Bennett Family Real Estate website it was a no brainer giving Janet the listing of my late Mum's house. Janet went the extra mile from appraisal right through to settlement. Customer, personal and efficient service and doing what she promised as an agent was much appreciated as well as refreshing. In selling the estate I reached out to 7 realtors in Victoria Point to my dismay only 2 responded. Bennett Family Real Estate was the main choice in the end. Janet Bennetts personal touch made all the difference. You felt as though Janet was personally involved, wanting to ensure you were always given the best options. Janet was very professional, courteous and diligent in her approach. Although this was a sad time for the family you always new Janet was there helping you in the background. Janet employed the best local tradies to do minor repairs and house detailing. The place looked amazing
