Property Sales

The Beagle package (1.76% commission) includes aggressive marketing and scheduled open homes, while the Pup option (0.77% commission) offers minimal marketing for cost-conscious sellers. Market Appraisal

We offer free market appraisals for both sales and rental properties, conducted at client convenience during or outside business hours. Our valuations consider current market conditions, property condition, and comparable sales data. Rental Letting

Our rental letting service includes property marketing across major platforms, tenant application assessment, and lease preparation. Packages include professional photography, floorplans, and online listings. Routine Inspections
