This includes spinal (lower and upper back, neck pains) and headaches, ankle, foot, thigh and knee pains and injuries along with shoulder, elbow and wrist injuries. As everyone is different and every injury is unique, we use AxIT, a state of the art assessment system that identifies baselines, tracks progressions over time to ensure you are doing the correct exercise and treatment as well as measuring imbalances between muscles and sides.
