Anxiety
Report
Many people confuse stress with anxiety; stress is a normal response to a life even whereby they feel pressured, such as public speaking or trying to move through the supermarket aisle with a tantruming toddler. If you find you experience ongoing stress, even when the stressful situation has passed, you may be experiencing anxiety.
Depression

The feelings associated with depression can be unsettling for many people. The good news is that, these feelings are 'normal' when you are depressed and with some help from a psychologist and some input from you, these symptoms should eventually fade. You can also attend the emergency department at your closest hospital.
