We invite you to visit our clinics at either the Doncaster East or Narre Warren clinic and have a dentist and the dental team make you feel comfortable and at ease. We have both English and Mandarin speaking dentists. At your first dental appointment we will warmly welcome you and it will enable us to get to know you and how we can best meet your expectations.

Following a consult with your dentist and acceptance of the treatment plan, the MySmilePlan application process is easy and immediate. All you have to do is provide Photo ID, a Credit Card & Contact Details. It is not income tested so no pay slips are required. A 20% deposit (of the total of treatment required), a one-off establishment fee of $39 and $3 management fee is all you have to pay to get your dental treatment underway.

During your first visit we like to perform a comprehensive examination. At the beginning of your visit we will ask you to complete a medical and dental history form. We want to make sure we have everything we need to thoroughly understand your dental needs. At the end of your appointment, we will discuss our findings with you and prepare your customized treatment plan.
