Ankle Sprain
Report
It's really important to have your ankle injury assessed as soon as possible to determine the severity of the injury. Physios can assess which structures have been injured whether that be ligament, tendon or bone, and help you to understand the severity and implications of your injury. The quicker you can have your ankle injury assessed, the sooner treatment can be commenced to get you back on your feet!
Ergonomic Desk Set-Up
Report
If you are someone that spends long periods of time sitting at your desk for work or study, you may experience repetitive strain on your neck, back, shoulders, elbows or wrists resulting in pain and injury. We have put together a short video which will give you some pointers on how to set-up your workstation at home to reduce the risk of these types of injuries.
