Services
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy at EBR Physio involves joint mobilisation, manipulation, and soft tissue techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility. Our physiotherapists use gentle, targeted methods to address conditions like neck pain, sports injuries, and arthritis. This approach is suitable for all ages and activity levels, providing relief and enhanced function through skilled, individualised treatment.
Exercise Programs
Our tailored exercise programs include clinical Pilates, prehabilitation, and post-surgery rehab to strengthen and restore mobility. Specialised options like the GLAD Program for osteoarthritis and PINC for cancer recovery ensure targeted support. Each plan is customised to your needs, combining expert guidance with home exercises for sustained progress.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscle trigger points to alleviate pain and tension using fine needles. This technique improves blood flow and mobility, particularly effective for back pain, headaches, and chronic conditions. Sessions integrate with other therapies to enhance recovery and long-term pain management.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy utilises warm water to support joint-friendly exercise for injury recovery, arthritis, and chronic pain. The buoyancy reduces stress on the body while improving strength and circulation. Group classes are led by physiotherapists, ensuring safe, effective sessions tailored to individual needs.
Education
We prioritise patient education to empower self-management of conditions through lifestyle adjustments and exercises. Our physiotherapists provide tools and knowledge to maintain independence, prevent recurrence, and build confidence in managing health beyond clinical visits.

Thanks to Michael for his commitment to the people joining in Pilates classes at EBR. During lockdown, Michael is hosting Zoom meetings for Pilates participants to help us maintain flexibility and strength. The classes are clearly explained and illustrated and have a very welcoming feel. Great job Michael 👍🏼👍🏼

BEST PHYSIO EVA! What a beautiful family business. Genuine care and kindness from all staff. Lovely and cool interior on a hot day. The room itself felt like a spa...very clean, cool and overlooking palms.
Ben was amazing in his diagnosis and physio application. He made me feel very comfortable and asked key questions. He alleviated my pain by miles! and gave me exercises for muscle healing. My best physio experience ever. Highly recommend to anyone needing pain management or body maintenance. Enjoy!

Have visited EBR Physio for two separate issues over the past two years. Michael and Av are both excellent and have been extremely helpful in both instances. Nat on the front desk is efficient and fantastic to deal with as well. If you want a no nonsense and great value physio for high quality treatment, this is the place to go.
