I have been waiting over 6 months for a Solar installation from Arise. They have taken my deposit and constantly delayed and made excuses. I have made 2 complaints which have gone nowhere. Really bad service.

It all started with seeing multiple adds on TV. Initially I was not interested as I already had a solar system. However, my current system was aging and I was looking to save more money on my dreaded electricity bill. So, submitted an online request to get a quote and talk to someone about what was involved. Almost straight away I received a phone call from Graham at Arise Solar. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We discussed what was involved and walked me through every step to upgrading my system. I seriously could not have spoken to a better sales person because Graham did not

I mistakenly used them and regret it. I ended up with a meterbox fire from the instalation. There were a large number of non compliant issues noted by a licensed electrician. Inverters were installed on the western wall so they recieve harsh afternoon sun. When we paid the guy in the office he wrote a reciept on scrap paper. I'll need to have this torn down and a new instal completed. Absolutely the worst company ever. Sunboost are also owned by the company that owns arise.

Great price and good quality Sungrow inverter and panels installed. Some delays with the solar equipment arriving on site and Arise organizing with Energy Australia to upgrade to a smart meter. This is free of charge however it is required to allow solar system to be switched on (recommend getting this organised at signing of solar contract with Arise so there is no delay's with switching the system on). The contracted solar installers were great and they know their stuff. Robust and neat installation . Happy to diagnose any issues. Highly recommend.
