Ryan explains in details everything you need to know about his products and services. The installation was clean and neat. Very happy with my solar installation by Ryan from Optimum Solar Energy. Ryan was prompt and professional during the quoting stage, gave me quality options to think about and no heavy sales pitch.
Ryan kept me informed throughout the whole process and turned up on time.
Installation and work on site was excellent and they maximised the layout and roof space to get the system size I needed. The Solar Edge App is easy to use and monitor usage. If you are thinking of a quality solar system, then definitely call Optimum Solar Energy. Great product, Great company.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Panel layout was well thought out and installed to a high standard. Inverter neatly installed on the side of the house. Solar Edge app works really well and makes it easy to see how to change energy usage to maximise our return on investment. Highly recommend Ryan and the team.

He explained everything well and made sure everything went through seamlessly making sure to communicate with us all the way through our journey. I have recently had solar installed at my home by Ryan from Optimum Solar Energy and I could not be happier. In investigating the option of installing solar I talked to loads of solar companies and Ryan stood out for his responsiveness, honest down to earth approach and lack of pushy salesman tactics..... bonus that he is also local :)
My roof is terracotta tiles which seemed to present a potential problem for lots of installers but with Optimum all went very smoothly. Communication was top notch throughout the whole process from quoting through installation to finalisation with AGL. I have

If you're reading the reviews to decide whether to choose OSE for solar, do it!
Ryan was very professional without the cringey salesman nonsense I got from other companies. He was thorough in his explanations and answers to my numerous questions. Pricing was very competitive and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail from the panel orientation/layout to the exact height the inverter was mounted at.
Having just built a new house I have worked with many tradespeople and I can say from start to finish, this was the best experience.
