Our vets provide thorough and informative health assessments to provide personalised advice and treatment for your pet. Health assessments involve checking your pet from head to tail, looking at their teeth, eyes, ears, checking over the body for any lumps, assessing their skin and coat condition, checking their heart and respiratory sounds, checking their bottom, legs and feet.
Medical Imaging

With digital x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy, our vets are able to use these imaging modalities to help accurately diagnose your pets illness or injury. We are also able to perform and submit radiographs for hip, elbow and spine assessment and scoring purposes (ANKC CHEDS and PennHIP). Ultrasonography can be used to confirm a pregnancy, identify bladder issues, determine if there are masses present.
Onsite Pathology

Clinical pathology plays an important role in the diagnostic workup for some of our cases. We are able to perform a wide variety of diagnostic tests in the clinic, including blood analysis with our IDEXX procyte and catalyst machines, urinalysis, cytology and parasite detection.
