In general the Doctors in this Group prefer to answer telephone enquiries when they can devote full attention to the matter. This means that, with the exception of emergency matters, doctors will return your phone calls, rather than interrupt a consultation with another patient. Often the clinical staff will be able to assist with your enquiries and are happy to do so.

I’m disgusted and appalled at the way my Fiancé, who has been diagnosed with cancer was treated at this clinic recently (mid October).
Not yet had her jab, she was told to wait at the rear of the clinic in the rain & cold.
The nurse took her history and vitals for 30 min then waited for 30 mins in the rain - then she needed the toilet, so re-entered the reception and the two ladies refused her entry ‘because you aren’t jabbed’. In shock she didn’t leave and demanded use of the loo, which she was told: ‘Ok, but you have to leave through the back exit’

New into Wagga and trying to find my family and I a reliable GP. Blamey Street Surgery was highly recommended. What kind of a medical Surgery turns away New patients? Not Happy. I've lived in Sydney all my life and have never been turned away especially by a Medical practice. People need to see doctors obviously because they are unwell and you turn them away.

Don't usually review, but just had one of the most pleasant experiences going to the doctor. I'm just travelling through, not a local. No other surgery was picking up the phone, these guys got me in within the hour. Friendly greeting at reception, doctor listened and explained his choices (plus a quick chat about the footy). Quick and easy, cannot recommend to all of you living in Wagga.
