This place is great. I booked half an hour in advance, walked in, and they were ready to go, no waiting or lines. An extremely pretty girl served me, I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name. She was lovely though. Very professional. Took care, didn't ask me too many questions or make me feel like a goof for not knowing anything about hair, and gave me a much better haircut than I am use to. The owner came out halfway through, greeted me and offered me a drink. Lovely gesture. You can tell he really cares. Seems very genuine. As a bloke, I hate going to the barber/hairdresser. First time at Saint James hair studio, a couple of weeks ago. James was lovely and very chatty which I loved, he clearly loves his job. However I was not very happy with my haircut and also the pricing. I asked for a trim and was left with shorter hair and it just looks uneven and blunt and heavy. Even my friends mentioned it. Same with the curtain bangs , they are just uneven and I didnt realise it until I got home. The blow dry was not the best, she didnt even touch my bangs , and the curling was just as bad. No sectioning , just taking big lumps of hair and curling them around the iron
