Yes, a 20% deposit is required for all appointments which can be used as credit on the day or carried over to your next visit.
What are your operating hours?
Tuesday-Thursday 9am-8pm, Saturday 8am-3pm. Friday appointments available by prior arrangement only.
How do you handle emergency cancellations?
Contact us immediately if emergencies arise - we may waive fees at our discretion with appropriate notification.

Hairdressers have a surprising amount of impact on our lives. I was only in her chair for a short time, but I know I will think of Natalie daily over the next year as I wait for her disastrous cut to grow out. She ignored my explicit instructions as well as adopting quite a snarky attitude. Tempted to question whether her cranky moodiness which was evident on the day I walked into the salon actually inspired her to TRY to ruin my hair? Perhaps. The star is for her salon's nice houseplants. If you have an appointment with Natalie, try to figure out if she is in a bad mood and/or irrationally hates

Amazing cut, style and service from the girls at WAVES in Carlton ! A beautiful salon conveniently located and also using the best quality products and tools. The girls are not only super friendly but highly skilled and experienced. I have thick long blonde hair and found Danielle's recommendations and expertise to be second to none.
