We specialise in wedding preparation with dedicated heritage suites featuring dramatic French doors for bridal reveals. The Superior Heritage Suites offer super king beds, freestanding baths, and dual rain showers, providing an elegant space for pre-ceremony preparations and post-event relaxation.

We booked Cramley Suite for my pre-wedding night (5th December), however we were not informed until we checked in at 4pm and told that we got The Albert. We knew Albert room was far darker than Cramley in terms of natural light, hence specified the choice upfront as early as Feb and reconfirmed in September. Though we were told there was a problem due to rain, and promised the problem would be fixed, for us to stay for our 2nd night. When we insisted to check the room condition, we were offered complimentary breakfasts. We probably wouldnt have got back to Cramley if we didnt insist

We stayed at the Albert the night before and after our wedding. The team were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. Marga and Vanessa were especially lovely and they both went out of their way to make our day feel special. We stayed in the Beronia suite and the room was beautiful. We'll definitely be back. Thank you again for wonderful stay, love Andy and Matty.

I have never stayed amazing place like this EVER. I would absolutely be very happy to stay this place whenever I have chance to. Greatest customer service, perfect room condition, gorgeous interior and unbelievable goods in the room. I had unforgettable memories in this place. Im not just trying to say everything is good, This is just how I felt. This place is not just hotel, its more about the place to have a special memory with someone! Dont hesitate to book it, you would never regret. I guarantee!

Comfy beds. Beautiful fit outs. But rooms are too small. Only 4 car parks for guests is a problem. The very pleasant staff all had poor English.
