Unless you work in an office environment they will absolutely price gouge you. Do not waste your time on the phone and dont be fooled by the low online quote, this insurance is only for people with very soft hands.

I was talking to a sales staff over the phone inquiring about life insurance but then I had to answer another call (as I'm at work, I own a business) and I asked the sales staff if I can put him on hold for a moment, I asked him politely 3 times and he did not reply and suddenly hung up the call! I think it's quite rude and unprofessional. Not my loss though. Imagine if a customer would like to process a Claim? Terrible customer service it's unbelievable. Now I've decided I'll stick with my current insurance company as they have better customer service.
