I first visited Inborn Vitality In August 2019 when I started feeling some aches and pains during my second trimester of pregnancy. I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was a bit skeptical, but Im SO happy I found Vanessa! She is extremely knowledgeable and I have no doubt her treatments contributed to me having a healthy pregnancy and birth. I would highly recommend booking in to see her!

Vanessa Barry is such a warm, kind and caring person and you can see it exudes through her care as a chiropractor too. Her adjustment techniques are gentle and safe - I have no hesitation recommending her for adults (including women during pregnancy), children and infants.
