Rude staff barking aggressively across the room about COVID vaccination status. We were both fully vaccinated so no issue showing them but their belligerent style needs work.
Toilets disgusting and broken.
Menus filthy. Etc ..

Went here for Balls Out Bingo, which was held in the function room. Facilities were alright and the entertainment decent. Food took a long time, with one of our meals not coming until 830 (ordered at 7). Will post a seperate review for the main dinning area.

Staff where amazing we wanted to sit outside but it was hot so our host Madeline fixed it and we got a table inside. I knocked over my wine and Madeline came strait over and fixed it and gave me a new wine. Food was great, atmoshere was fantastic. Will be coming back again.

Took family out for dinner. What a mistake. I ordered fish and chips; fish was soaked in oil, oil was dripping each time I took a bite. Table we were seated on was dirty and sticky. Staff weren't engaging or friendly at all. I won't recommend this place to anyone. What a waste!

Birthday celebration with 10 people including 1 child & 2 toddlers. Our 2 tired toddlers played up a little but were tolerated by all. The food was definitely value for money and tasted great with a wide variety to choose from. Would recommend this place for families. Will definitely go again.

Am absolutely disgusted by the treatment from the very RUDE Lindal on Friday night. A few friends and I came in for some birthday drinks and when we went to the sports bar to order, she rolled her eyes and walked off and said 'whatever'. Unfortunately not the first time she's treated us like garbage. I'm surprised she still has a job. She's not someone who knows how to treat customers with respect. Will not return and will be sure to tell others not to either
