The following information is used to process your application and place you with the most appropriate flatmates. All accommodation prices quoted at Unilink Village include electricity and ADSL internet to 10GB downloads / month. Rent must be kept 2 weeks in advance & may be paid via direct debit/credit to our trust account.
Tenant Information

Connection to the Unilink Village ADSL network is free and usage, up to 10gb download per month, is included in the rent. An optional exit cleaning fee of $130 applies to all leases. Departing tenants are expected to remove all personal belongings and all rubbish from the unit and clean and stow all kitchen items in the appropriate cupboards before an exit inspection is conducted.

Situated within walking distance to the USQ Ipswich Campus, our student housing is available as 3, 4 or 5 bedroom units and residents have a choice between rooms with or without an ensuite, and double or single share.

The University of Southern Queensland provides a shuttle bus connecting the Toowoomba, Ipswich and Springfield campuses - this service operates multiple times daily at very low cost. The electric rail system directly connects Ipswich with the capital city, Brisbane - a mere 45 minutes away by train, or 30 minutes by car using the freeway system.

We look at your interests, age, course being studied, and consider any other issues you may have raised. Under your agreement you will be allowed one person to stay for one night only in one week.
