Tim helped renovate our kitchen and he followed our design plans and delivered exactly what we wanted. We even introduced our father to Tim for a major renovation and he was also extremely satisfied. If you need an honest, reliable builder, go with Modern Living construction.

Tim and his team were recommended to us by a friend and as soon as we met, we knew he was the right person for our project. Having never renovated before, we were daunted by the prospect ahead us so having someone we felt comfortable to make decisions with was very important. His advice to us was very valued and all of our requests were never any… trouble. He did everything he could to help us to keep to our budget when it was in his control. His team were very professional, friendly, easy to work with, very helpful and always tidied up at the end of every day, which was a nice touch. All
