I emailed in my mock ups and design to get a quote. I called the place to see if I could get a sample done and they literally said nope we dont do just 1, its a waste of our time AND HUNG UP. I just thought it was very disrespectful that he said it was a waste of their time and didnt apologies. This one sample could have turn into 1000 pieces. Please do better in helping the people you want to do a job for. So disrespectful.

The team at Arcade are exceptional. I had an urgent order that I'd left so late and both Spencer and Ash went over and above to get it printed and sent to me. Speed and service aside, the product was fantastic and the print quality was fantastic. Thoroughly recommended

I personally didn't have a good experience, the lack of communication was frustrating. The head designer was the rudest person I ever talked to, however the owner seemed a little bit more level headed. Complete lack of customer service, only when I constantly called did they finally respond. However it could of been a much easier process if they were on top and had better customer service. Quality of prints are good, however if you want a good customer aftercare service then please stay away as if there are issues that might occur you will have to jump leaps and bounds. Overall this place lacks

I just got off the phone to these guys. Even though, they weren't able to assist with my request, the service that was provided was phenomenal! They basically explained what I needed in "printing terms". Looking forward to using these guys in future when I need to bulk print.

Forget being in safe hands, these guys will rock your mind when it comes to creating great pieces of art. Pros at practical techniques for all wanna be printers. I was super impressed at how much emphasis was put on sharing their craft with the world.
