All I wanted was for you to replace the faulty pump that you installed which i was happy to pay for and get a quote on the installation of some more split system units. You wanted to charge me a call out fee for this and when I left a message for you to call me back you never did. Thanks Duane.

Install Split unit few week back and after first use issue with Pump, Call few times to installer but Tech visit always get cancel. No Proper response from vendor. After few call. they send tech and indeed they fix issue by removing pump and run pipe for water, but no refund for actual pump that they suggest at time of installation. need to spend few $ to patch dry wall. Costly installation.
