I stayed there few weeks, giving 4/5. Staff was friendly and supportive. Room was cleaned every day, but some days the towels they replaced were very smelly. Not sound proofed, was bit noisy even in the midnight. Unfortunately, I had noisy neighbors who phone their friends even at 2am. You would easily hear whats happening in the adjacent room.

I got the rissoles and they were really good but really fatty. my BIL ordered a burger that was a little dry and tough. It's a gorgeous place and the staff were amazing but the prices seem high compared to the quality.

This hotel has wonderful serving staff and their customer service is really good however, the adult mains food is very average. I have tried this hotel twice in the last few months and the first time I returned my food after waiting approximately an hour it came out luke warm and over done. I decided to try again the other day and the kids meals were AMAZING they came out fast and were very generous in size but again there was a long wait on the adult mains and once we received our meals we were disappointed again. This hotel has so much potential the food is letting the place down a huge amount

My partner and i booked accommodation online and arrived to find a very pleasant and friendly ball of joy. Her name is Cheryl and she made our experience a clear 10/10. I would highly recommend you come down and say hi and stay the night. We will definitely be back =D

Enjoyed a lovely lunch today, the meals were all great. Friendly relaxed bistro with happy staff and great customer service. The manager Sheree was very welcoming and had a cheerful attitude. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Went for drinks and nibbles on Sunday night while AFL was going on. Had such an amazing experience. Food and the drinks were great and the service staff were exceptionally good. We were served by Cheryl whose outstanding customer service and friendly nature made our night out a memorable event. Definitely will come back

Never had a waitress spill sauce over me not once but TWICE! Absolutely appalling and not even a free drink offered! The waitress wasn't even serving our table for one but as I was sitting on the end of the table I ended up wearing sauce as she rushed past. Please management make sure you train your staff better and maybe employ some old school values and give a bit back when things go wrong.
