Motel services are poor, not friendly and helpful staff. I should have been found better than this motel to stay in but unfortunately, I booked this one and now regretting booking.

Rooms here have everything you need. Clean, convenient location. About 10mins to the cbd. Owners were very accommodating towards our late check-in time. Good wifi. Would consider staying again.

The room is clean and amazing with affordable price (even when we stay during public holiday). The breakfast was delivered to my room and taste lovely. Recommend for couples!!

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment i received when trying to book in here, was refused the room key due to no I.D Despite having the booking confirmation email and the proof of payment not to mention the contact number he rang was mine (apparently none of the above was efficient)
He then went into the back office to make a not so quiet phone call about me "allegedly being a guest".
Was a great end to a long day with an exhausted 13 year old. Once I had jumped though his numerous hoops trying to prove who I was, I was finally allowed the key (40 minutes later) I was again disappointed the

5 stars all round. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is definitely affordable. The location is perfect. From the moment we booked we were made to feel welcomed at the welcome inn. Definitely will be staying again.
