Choosing to exercise is choosing to personally invest in your own wellbeing. Women give so much to others, but committing to a healthy, fit lifestyle is something you can give yourself. Born in Cape Town, South Africa. Upon meeting a fellow South African who happened to be into weight training, lured me into a gym for the first time at the age of 22.
