Services
Regular Exams
Report
Regular examinations and check ups are essential to keep your pet healthy and happy. Your pet receives a thorough clinical examination and report during every consultation. Vaccination and parasite control are discussed. Feel free to ask any questions in relation to your pet's health care and discuss any issue that may be concerning you.
Emergency Services
Report
As so often happens, your animal may require veterinary attention outside of normal opening hours. Our practice is affiliated with Coffs District Combined Veterinary Emergency Service, a combined venture of all the veterinary hospitals in Coffs Harbour. A veterinarian is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for both small and large animal emergencies.
Large Animal Visits
Report
All of our veterinarians have many years of experience in looking after horses, cattle, sheep, goats, alpacas and pigs. Healthy animals are essential to the productivity and profitability of your farm. Herd Health programs help you optimise reproduction, mastitis, lameness & nutrition. Allow us to create a schedule to suit your needs.
Micro Chipping
Report
A microchip is a rice grain sized device which is injected under the skin of your pet. The microchip contains a number that can be read with a special scanner. Your and your animal's details are sent to two databases to help ensure a quick and safe return should your pet become lost. It is now law that your dog or cat be micro-chipped.
Pet Insurance
Report
We don't sell pet insurance but we strongly recommend you invest in it. We can sign your new puppy or kitten up for 4 weeks free insurance cover while you research your options, since we ethically may not recommend one product above another. Do ask about annual and condition "limits" as well as whether the policy covers for paralysis tick, purebred dogs of certain breeds and dental treatments when comparing policies.
