There is no differentiation between aggravated or basic, and in South Australia the maximum penalty for arson is life imprisonment.
In South Australia, you will be guilty of the offence of arson under section 85 of the Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935 if you without lawful excuse, by fire or explosives, damage property that is a building or motor vehicle (whether the property belongs to the person or to another) by intending to damage property; or being recklessly indifferent as to whether his or her conduct damages property.

Affray
Report
A person commits the offence of affray if they use, or threaten to use, unlawful violence towards another and their conduct would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for their personal safety. Affray may be committed by one person acting alone, however, if two or more persons are involved it is their conduct taken together that will be considered in determining its effect on a person.

Entrusted Taylor with a licence appeal. The appeal wasnt straight forward and i had a colourful history to add to it. I honestly thought my chances were very slim at best. She successfully argued in my defence brilliantly and I was granted a successful licence appeal.
