What physiotherapy services do you offer?
We provide musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, arthritis management, home visits, dry needling, cupping therapy, and customised exercise programs.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is required for physiotherapy treatment. You can book directly with our practice, though we do coordinate care with GPs and specialists when needed.
What payment options are available?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We process private health insurance claims through HICAPS and accept WorkCover, TAC and Veterans' Affairs referrals.
Are home visits available?
Yes, we provide home physiotherapy visits for post-surgical patients or those with mobility limitations. Please discuss your specific needs with our reception team when booking.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-5pm. We offer flexible appointment scheduling including evening consultations to accommodate working patients.

Andrew has treated me for years and as I get older and keep training hard, I'm sure I will have more visits to see him. He is caring and thorough and always very professional. I highly recommend Andrew if you need a Physio who listens to you and will get you back on the training track as soon as he can.

Andrew is a great physio. My wife and I have been seeing him for various neck, lower back and ankle injuries over many years and found him to be exceptional at his profession. He takes the time to address the root cause of pain and always does so with care and compassion. Very highly recommended.

I've been a patient of Andrew Gray's since May this year. I initially went in to seek treatment and advice for knee and shoulder pain. So began my journey to being pain free and becoming more mobile and having more functional strength. Andrew's treatment, advice and exercise prescription has been absolutely excellent. I particularly like his ability to ensure I always have exercises I'm able to complete well and that continually progress to a functional end. I have since been seeing Andrew for post hip-surgery rehab and his care has continued to be excellent. Since starting with Andrew my pain

I have attended Wallan Physio on the odd occasion over the years with positive results, so after a serious shoulder dislocation I considered them the obvious choice to assist with my recovery. My GP also recommended them.
Pleasingly my treatment regime has been very effective prompting my Orthopaedic Surgeon to revise down my estimated recovery time. I think we are extremely fortunate to have such a highly skilled and devoted team in our local area. The reception staff there are helpful and polite and in particular Andrews skills and knowledge are amazing. Well done and thank you Wallan Physio
