This is the second time I met this kind of things in less than one month. (The other one agent is right choice real estate, both dishonest agent: which is no doubtful, few real estate agent is honest)I found a house through this agent and gave the offer after inspection. Then I got the confirmation that the owner accept my offer. But the next day, the agent told me that he received another offer and is a little higher than my offer. He said the owner wants me to accept unconditional offer which I agreed. Then he sent the contract to my solicitor and broker. And told me that he sent the contract
