Welcoming, professional and pleasant. The dentist is one of the things you tend to be apprehensive of but the team at Northgate put me at ease the moment I walked through the door. Kim was awesome and I certainly dont have the same worry of returning knowing what to expect. Only constructive feedback: The reception/waiting area was so hot it was quite uncomfortable fortunately I didnt have to wait for too long!

The staff was superrr sweeet and I felt so welcomed and happy to have my procedure done. No pain at all, and they were utterly patient with my tantrums.
