Services
Physiotherapy Assessment
Comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments using special tests to diagnose pain causes. Our AHPRA-registered physiotherapists develop targeted treatment plans combining manual therapy and exercise prescription. Initial consultations include detailed medical history review, posture analysis, and joint mobility testing to create individualised recovery strategies.
Clinical Pilates
Customised Pilates programs focusing on core stabilisation and muscle efficiency. Our physiotherapists utilise spring-loaded equipment and floor exercises to improve posture, flexibility, and injury resilience. Sessions address pre/post-natal needs, chronic pain management, and sports performance enhancement through controlled movement patterns.
Shockwave Therapy
Non-invasive treatment using acoustic waves to stimulate tissue regeneration and reduce chronic pain. Effective for tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, and muscle strains. Sessions typically last 15-20 minutes, often combined with traditional physiotherapy for accelerated recovery from musculoskeletal conditions.
Dry Needling
Specialised technique targeting muscle trigger points with fine needles to relieve tension and pain. Our physiotherapists use anatomical acupuncture principles to stimulate endorphin release, improving blood flow and reducing inflammation in affected areas.
Ergonomic Assessments
Comprehensive workstation evaluations to prevent posture-related injuries. Our physiotherapists assess ergonomic requirements for office and industrial settings, providing equipment recommendations and posture correction strategies to reduce workplace musculoskeletal risks.
