New Patient FAQ

Initial Appointment (up to 45mins) - For all New Patients and Existing Patients with a New Area or it has been more than 3 months since your last visit. Standard Appointment (up to 30mins) - Select this option if you have been to Myphysio before and have had your injury assessed in the past 3 - 6 months.
Private Health Fund
Report
In order for our clinics to provide on the spot health fund claiming through our HICAPS terminal, please bring your health fund card with you at the time of your appointment. The amount reimbursed from your health fund depends upon your level of cover. Some health funds will allow us to do an on the spot quotation using our HICAPS terminal, but unfortunately we won't be able to advise you on how much fundings you have left for the year.
Bulk-billing

At Myphysio Health Clinics, we offer bulk billing services to our patients who have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly known as EPC) from their doctor for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Podiatry Services. You will need to bring your Medicare card and the doctor's referral at the time of your initial consultation.
