Everyone is really nice and attentive. Everyone operates in their respective roles with efficiency. All staff took time to explain all processes and provided me with exceptional service.
Update: Ive been going here for several years mostly because the staff are all nice/attentive, the convenience of location and Im a creature of habit. However my most recent encounters have left much to be desired. The management has not been holding themselves accountable to offer me a reliable experience. Im seeking corrective therapy and exploring my options. Several times after visiting/calling Ive

As usual, I had a pleasant visit to Galleria Dental Center. You will be always greeted with a warm smile by the front desk team, my hygienist is fantastic and of course Dr. Ali is awesome! See you guys in 6 months for my next cleaning.

I took my parents to Galleria Dental for the first time and they had the utmost professional, informative and pleasant experience. The hygienist, Surinder, took her time to explain everything in detail while also showing patience and compassion while treating my parents. The office was well up to date and front staff was extremely friendly. I will only be taking my parents to see Surinder from here on out!!!

I went for a general checkup and cleanup. Staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk with. Particularly Luis Lpez, who left my teeth squeaky clean and took the time to explain everything he was doing.

I had a couple of my teeth filled up by Dr. Ali and his assistant Rozhina. They were both nice and relaxed and very friendly, readily answering all my questions patiently with a smile. Also the office looked very clean! I would have recommended them if they had not cancelled my appointment twice! First because someone in their office had apparently come into contact with a corona positive person.
I was told they would call me the following day which they didnt. Then I called them after two days just to be re-scheduled for two weeks later. But I recieved a call after one week cancelling my second

This dentist office is excellent! The staff is friendly and the doctor takes his time to explain any issues. My teeth were cleaned by Surrinder who is a exceptional dental hygienist. She was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.
