I hope that this unfortunate review is good encouragement for better service and hopefully not many others have to experience the same mess. Thank you for your professional response. At the moment I'm sure everyone can agree, being in leasing in Broome during this boom is incredibly difficult. Unfortunately for First National Broome they seem quite content at making their job as painful as absolutely possible. We have been looking at rentals for over a month now, and yet have

Being a new and inexperienced landlord and having my invest property managed by the team at First National has been such a pleasant and stress free experience, so far. We have been tenants of First National for nearly two years and feel like we struck gold with such efficient, prompt and friendly property managers. We have nothing but praise for our current property manager who goes above and beyond to deal with any issues that arise. We personally own three properties ourselves and know how difficult it can be to find property managers who take care of our properties to the standard we hope for so we are especially appreciative of the service First National provide.
