Interstate owner and we through 7 property managers in my time with Lutons. for the first few years it was a great company with property managers that cared and was a stress free experience. The past few years they have definitely gone down hill. I kept getting passed to new property managers, had to follow up on items and did not get any support… or advice when there was a breach in contract that was never fully resolved due to the change in property managers. I also went from having the property managers give me upfront notice if there may not be enough fund to pay rates/land tax to being

Stay right away! Unprofessional, barely answer emails or take calls. Their mismanagement of my rental led to serious safety issues for my tenants and a lot of property damage. A revolving door of property managers. They just don’t seem to care at all.

Property managemt at Luton Manuka is virtually non-existent. They are spot on when it comes to taking their fees, that's about it. Bills paid late with late fees passed on to owners and communication is very poor.
