Matthew Syres Photography, based in the inner west of Sydney, is the photographic studio of commercial and fine art photographer Matthew Syres. I have an obsession for both wide, and shallow focus lenses, which is the main connecting factor in my work. I have a love of colour, strong lines and unusual angles.
I'm regularly commissioned to shoot people, nature and landscapes, architecture, products, weddings, bands, theatre & dance. Well you get the idea. I've worked in many aspects of photography including traditional, digital and large format photographic printing, creative retouching, pre-press work, and editorial, retail, wedding, product and commercial photography.

Its amazing tropical light, architecture, harbour and cityscape, street culture and character filled faces a constant source of inspiration.
