Breakfast

Our all-day brunch menu features fresh, locally-sourced ingredients prepared with Italian flair. Available Monday-Thursday 7:00am-1:30pm, Friday 7:00am-2:30pm, and weekends 7:30am-2:30pm. Includes vegetarian options and gluten-free choices.

Italian Pizzas

Handcrafted pizzas made in our new pizza oven using traditional techniques and premium ingredients. Available Friday-Sunday 3:00pm-8:30pm alongside regular dinner service. Features La Delizia cheeses and seasonal toppings.

Dietary Catering

We accommodate most dietary requirements including gluten-free options (with $6 surcharge) and vegetarian dishes. Guests must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for special requests to ensure proper preparation.

Barista Coffee

Premium barista-made coffee served throughout operating hours. Complements our breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus with expertly crafted espresso-based drinks using quality roasted beans.

Private Bookings

We accept reservations for lunch and dinner services. Available through our online booking system for Friday-Sunday lunch/dinner and special events. Ensures dedicated seating in our popular dining space.

Award-winning Italian chef with 10 years' experience in authentic Italian cuisine. Born in Napoli, Italy, he has perfected traditional techniques while developing contemporary innovations. Joined Pimlott & Strand in 2024 to create our new menu.

What are your operating hours?

We're open seven days a week. Monday-Thursday 7:00am-2:30pm, Friday 7:00am-9:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-9:30pm, and Sunday 8:00am-9:30pm.

Do you cater for special dietary needs?

Yes, we offer gluten-free options for most dishes with a $6 surcharge and can accommodate most dietary requirements with 24-hour notice.

Can I book a table?

Yes, reservations are available through our online booking system for lunch and dinner services Friday-Sunday.

Do you serve pizza?

Yes, our new pizza oven creates authentic Italian-style pizzas and paninis available Friday to Sunday from 3:00pm to 8:30pm.

Is there a cakeage policy?

We charge a $20 cakeage fee if you bring your own cake to celebrations held at our venue.

A popular neighbourhood gem. Delicious food with large serving sizes. We had the Mean Baked Beans and the Traditional Lasagne. The food overall was good and very filling. You can tell they put in effort when preparing the salad in the lasagne, the dressing was brilliant and everything was sliced delicately, the dressing was light and flavourful. You can taste the actual beef flavour and texture in the lasagne, but there just wasn't enough meat and sauce in between the layers, it was a bit dry, but the cheese and general flavour was good. A great little local cafe that I never even knew existed.
Wonderful, lazy, laid back Sunday vibe.
Comfy seating. Pet Friendly. Friendly, capable staff. Clean premises. Good menu. Tasty food. Good coffee. Great prices. I'm grateful someone took me here. Awesome little find!!!

Brunch was delicious and the servings very generous considering the price. Coffee was average. The dining area is very casual and could do with a little decor makeover. I did love the little providore area that sells Italian produce.

It was a very hot day and my first time at this cafe. There was no air-conditioning & 25 of us were hot. Unfortunately nothing on the menu appeals to me for lunch. My steak sandwich was tough and was not cut properly. Chips were not that crispy.

Fantastic food. Smashed avo was awesome. Prices always seem a bit high in these small neighbourhood joints but what can you do. Coffee was okay.

As a local this is my go to place in the area. Whether it be for a coffee and cake (the pastries and pear custard cake are my fav) or to grab some delicious take away meals that make life so convenient. (You… have to try the pizza) The team at Pimlott and Strand are always so welcoming and go above and beyond for their customers. It’s the perfect local spot for all your needs.

Always get a coffee from them before I head to the class. Perfect coffee everytime I had it. And today finally sat down and tried their famous burger, donuts and pear custard cake. All perfect! Customers service and atmosphere are great too. Saw others brought their dogs sitting outside and a small playzone for children. What more can you ask for? 10 out of 10 from me for today experience (^^)b
