When we started 2 Hands Corporate massage, we tapped into a niche created by the new norm of sedentary worklife. We relaxed and rejuvenated stressed traps and tight shoulders, but demand dictated we start looking at PREVENTION, and ERGONOMICS IN THE WORKPLACE. We have upskilled, and delved deeper into courses covering body dynamics, anthropometrics, cognitive and organisational ergonomics, as well as workplace Musculoskeletal disorders.

Our most popular office massage service are the 15 minute seated massages on our ergonomic chairs. Personnel remain fully clothed and receive a shiatsu and trigger point therapy session, focusing on the neck and shoulders. We also offer shorter 5 minute sessions at workstations and 10, 20 or 30-minute sessions too.
