Sad as it may be, it is rare in our days to meet professionals passionate about their work. There is no exception with cleaning. People rely too much on devices, machines, and all in one substances and do not know anything about the profession. Steve is completely different. He is passionate about doing a perfect job and approaches every task like a master. He can talk for hours about each thing he uses and about how he removes the dirt without damaging the surface (now or over time). I never knew cleaning was a science before I met him, but I guess that is why you hire a company of professionals
