Our signature Ph originates from the Northern part of Vietnam(Ha Noi). Slow-cooked broth, full of goodness and flavours, contains fresh salads, ginger, onions, coriander, star anise, chilli, pepper and cassia bark. Steamed rice with fresh lettuce, salads, cucumber, pickled carrots & radish, served with a side of clear soup.
