Your therapist will assess your treatment needs via verbal input and physical assessment (including orthopedic and range of motion tests) and formulate a treatment plan with you. Reassessment at the end of treatment may be incorporated to assess treatment effects. Flowing light to medium pressure techniques designed to trigger the parasympathetic "rest and digest" response.

When you first book in at Niggles & Knots, you will receive an email confirming your appointment date and time. The day before, you'll recieve a reminder SMS and email. All of these will contain a link to our intake form. Please complete this before arriving at clinic. Please plan to arrive at clinic a few minutes early, especially if this is your first appointment.
Our Hygiene Practices

We take our responsibility to ensure our clinic is a safe space for therapists and clients, so in addition to our usual stringent hygiene standards (see below for details), we ask that any clients who are feeling "under the weather" or have any symptoms contact us as soon as possible to reschedule their appointment.
