To my surprise, I was able to book a call out on the same day that I called. Brandon also called to give me an approximate ETA before he arrived. I had two things that needed repair and as he worked on them, Brandon explained why they were broken and how they were designed to work. I was so impressed with his technical knowledge and professionalism and so happy to have two things fixed that had been bugging me for ages! The pricing was also fair and transparent. I have used these guys 5 times now. They make a booking, then arrive on the time and day that they say they will. They are extremely professional, polite and responsive. They are also super helpful if there's something extra needed. They make the charges clear up front, which are entirely reasonable and always invoice accordingly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Expert Plumbing. Their tradies were prompt on the job, very communitive and polite. They even asked for the vaccum cleaner so that they could clean up after themselves! Very profefssional from the office right down to their tradies. Well Done Export Plumbing! It is comforting to know their are tradies you feel comfortable with in your home and trustworthy.

Excellent service, prompt, very reasonable rates. Rang 9.30 had leaky HWS. Were here 12.30 new hot water service by 3.30. Lovely fellas who installed it. Highly recommend them
