The house is very well equipped, wonderfully spacious and stylishly fitted. It certainly caters for your every need. Clarkes Beach is a stroll across the road, the Lighthouse walk is challenging & invigorating and there are numerous cafes within walking distance for a terrific coffee! The pool surrounds are relaxing after a day on the beach.

Sandpiper Holiday House is one of the newest additions to Byron Bay Beach Houses' stunning collection of beach houses and holiday homes in Byron Bay. Redesigned by nationally renowned architect Paul Uhlmann, Sandpiper has been transformed from a beach shack to a modern luxury beach house. This house offers space and flexibility with a private pool, open plan living and beautiful amenities.
Osprey has been recently renewed, refreshed and renovated and is ready to accommodate guests searching for quality holiday house accommodation in Byron Bay. This beach house was recently redesigned by Australian architect Paul Uhlmann and named after our resident Osprey birds nesting on site. Right next door to sister properties Clarkes Beach House, Byron Beach House and Sandpiper.
Perfect for large groups wanting to find something different for a work conference or retreat. Each Beach House offers 8 or 10 people per house with ultimate privacy and luxury in the perfect location for town or the surrounding beaches. If you need accommodation for large groups, family all four of our Beach Houses can sleep a total of 36 people.

What an amazing place to stay, the house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly want, luxurious but incredibly comfortable. Walking distance into Byron restaurants and beautiful beaches makes for an unforgettable Byron experience. Highly recommend a stay here & will definitely be back!

We stayed at Clarkes Beach House in February. It has been newly renovated and is beautifully furnished and fitted out. Living areas flow seamlessly to pool which makes it easy to entertain. Tasteful contemporary beach decor with all the luxuries makes this house an ideal luxury getaway in Byron Bay. Highly recommended

Clarkes Beach House
This is our fourth return to Clarkes Beach House. The location is perfect for enjoying all that is on offer at Byron Bay and surrounds. We travel with young adults and grandparents and always have a large group with us.
This visit we were able to enjoy the fabulous renovation to the house and pool area. The new layout of the main floor has greatly improved the ability of a larger group to enjoy the space, and yet still offers a choice of places for quiet retreat. The new kitchen has everything you need, looks stunning and provides ample space to gather around and enjoy a glass

Myself and two friends just spent a week at the ‘Clarkes beach house’ and had an amazing time. The location is perfect as it is a one minute walk to Clarke’s beach and not far from The Pass. The house Is Newley renovated and provides and exceptional space for entertaining guests and also a homely couch for rainy days in front of a scary movie. The open windows on both sides of the house provides natural air flow and the plantation shutters compliment the modern yet simple Byron Beach house. Our family had an amazing week at this house. The house is well laid out with an abundance of space. Recently renovated so feels very modern. Position is totally perfect - house backs on to National Park, walking distance to Clarkes Beach, the Pass and Tallows. Walking track to lighthouse almost literally out the back door. Kids loved the pool. Hope to stay again in the future.
