If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sure some people had a decent uneventful experience but take my word for it if you ever have to actually deal with this "realtor" you will be dealing with Glenda the completely out of line emotional wreck of a woman, the sort that gets to feel empowered by making what would normally be considered common issues by anyone else personal. 100% unprofessional as others here have already stated. There is a reason they are unheard of by many and at the bottom of the food chain of realtors in karratha. This is the proverbial back alley auto mechanic whom you will

My property was mismanaged by NWR for too long. Completely unprofessional and rude management. I suffered financial loss and so much frustration at the lack of ability of staff. Do not use them - run and don't look back.

Extremely happy with the service. I went through three real-estate agents in Karratha before I found one that worked for me. Have had my property managed by NW for about 2 years now.
