You might recognise Zumba from those day-time infomercials that religiously ran a few years ago. While Zumba classes are not the latest craze anymore, it's still one of the funnest ways to workout! Our Zumba class is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility to Latin and international music design to get your heart rate going.

Code: The number on your Tone & Trim Zone key tag that you scan to sign in (if you are unsure of this number, please text 0419 190 805). Email: Your email address associated with your membership. If a class time is fully booked, then it will not appear. The classes that are still available for booking will appear in the 'Select Existing Class' drop down.

We ask that you visit the studio for all concerns regarding cancelling your membership, as paperwork is required to do so. If you cancel within 24 hours of your PT session, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the PT cost. You may pay when you book your class, or when you arrive, but payment is required before the class commences.
