Still waiting for construction to be completed on the roof of the library at La Trobe uni...and until completed, we suffer trying to study in a library without any air-conditioning. It is absolute rubbish.

After many many requests, Kane workers still decide to use Hammer drills and Jack Hammers before the requested time of 8:30am Inconsiderate to all.
